Daniëlla Body and Balance is een praktijk aan huis, gericht op Chinli Tuina massagetherapie, en als voedingsdeskundige help ik Clienten in het behalen van hun doelen door middel van het begeleiden en ondersteunen van mensen bij het afvallen, aankomen, verkrijgen van meer energie door het toepassen van een gezonde levensstijl etc.
Als eerst leg ik u graag uit wat Chinli- Tuina Therapie inhoudt.
Ik behandel mensen vanuit de Chinese geneeskunde, oftewel Chinli-Tuina.
De TCM is al zeker 2000 jaar oud, en wordt nog steeds in ziekenhuizen in China toegepast.
Wat houdt Chinese geneeskunde in?
De Chinese geneeskunde staat voor de kracht van de elementen, het qi, yin en yang.
De 5 elementen: vuur, water, metaal, aarde en hout, staan in verbinding met de bijbehorende organen, smaken, emoties, gevoelens, klachten, karakter eigenschappen en dergelijke.
Door de juiste vragen te stellen, uw pols te voelen en uw tong te bekijken, kan ik nagaan welk orgaan of welke organen er uit balans zijn, en daar stel ik mijn behandeling op in.
Qi: Qi s een ander woord voor energie. Alles om uw heen bestaat uit energie, de lucht die u inademt, de tafel waar u aan zit, alles. Qi stroomt ook door uw lichaam. Als een orgaan uit belans is, of u heeft veel spanningen, verdriet, woede etc, dan kan het zijn dat de Qi in uw lichaam geblokkeerd wordt.
Aan mij de kunst om u op zo'n manier te behandelen, zodat het Qi weer goed door uw lichaam kunt stromen, dat de blokkades worden opgelost.
Yin en Yang: 2 tegengestelde energieën, die van elkaar afhankelijk zijn. Maar het kan zijn dat in uw energie huishouding de yang energie minder is dan de yin energie, Chinli-Tuina is ervoor om beide energieën weer onbelemmert door uw lichaam te laten stromen.
Hoe ziet een behandeling eruit?
Als u voor het eerst bij mij in de praktijk komt, neem ik een aantal vragen met u door, daarna voel ik uw beide polsen, en bekijk ik uw tong. Door middel van die vragen, de pols en tong diagnostiek geven mij een goed beeld welk orgaan wat meer vermoeid is, of welk orgaan juist erg hard aan het werk is.
Dan stel ik een behandelplan voor u op, en start ik meteen met de behandeling.
De eerste keer dat u bij mij komt duurt daarom uw bezoek wat langer.
De behandeling start vrijwel altijd met een massage, en het kan zijn dat ik u vraag of ik een cupje mag plaatsen. Of dat ik guasha mag toepassen (Uitleg hierover vind u op mijn site) Dit doe ik alleen met uw toestemming. Na de massage is het mogelijk dat ik acupressuur op de door mij gekozen acupunctuur punten uitvoer, dit om uw organen een steuntje te kunnen geven, eventueel rust te brengen, of juist energie te geven. Ook is het mogelijk dat ik u vragen stel over uw voeding, ademhaling, beweging etc, en ik u daar tips over mee geef.
De duur van een behandeling neemt in totaliteit ongeveer een uur in beslag.
Het eerste bezoek zal dat iets langer zijn.

VOEDINGSDESKUNDIGE
Vanaf 29 maart 2018 ben ik gediplomeerd voedingsdeskundige, en richt mijn kennis vooral op het begeleiden en het coachen van cliënten bij het afvallen in gewicht, in gewicht aankomen, en het verkrijgen van meer energie en vitaliteit dmv de juiste levensstijl.
